Our specialty is in commercial property maintenance. We can clean and maintain your interior and exterior of your business or investment. The Blackard Company team can clean post construction, maintain cleanliness of exterior and will clean your rental or real estate before or after vacancies.

We do not accept cash payments. Checks or credit/debit card payments are required for services.

We prefer checks, but can also process your credit or debit card payment for a small fee.

We service the greater Springfield, Mo area including Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Strafford and Willard. However, we do provide services up to 60 miles for a fee.

Our fees are based on the time it takes for us to clean in 1 hour increments. Interior is estimated on square footage, rooms and divided into 3 categories: Basic, Intermediate and Pro. Exterior is estimated on time.

We only offer residential cleaning for homes that are not occupied at this time.

We use a variety of high quality professional cleaning products. All of our staff are provided the necessary products before starting a job.

You do not have to be present during our visit, but if you are we will do our best to not interrupt your normal operations.

Yes we offer a full line-up of outdoor services such as trash clean-up, grass mowing/trimming and hauling.

We offer commercial cleaning for your business, rental property or construction needs.
